There will be no refunds for incorrect purchases since subscribers will have access to the Picker's plays after they purchase. We respect Pickers' intellectual property and strive to not mistakenly share any of their paywalled content.

Visit your View activity in the Wallet screen to manage notifications and renewal activity for all of your subscriptions in one place. If you do not want to stay subscribed to a particular product, please check Do Not Renew (Switch off autopay). Otherwise, you will be charged at time of renewal and not eligible for a refund since our platform aims to protect paywalled Picker content. You can re-subscribe to a Picker's product at any point by un-checking Do Not Renew or by paying your invoice.

If you cancel the Pro Subscription or GOAT Subscription, money won't be refunded at the time of cancellation. But you can access and use the benefits of the pro subscription or GOAT subscription until the validity ends.

GOATCLUB does not issue refunds on behalf of Pickers for reportedly delayed or undelivered messages. In some instances, carriers may mistakenly filter text messages from certain numbers. In particular, T-Mobile/Sprint customers are at higher risk of receiving delayed SMS notifications.

A Subscriber is subject to immediate termination of their subscription without refund, if one of the following events occur:

The Subscriber shares paywalled Picker content with non-paying users.
